About
I am Corie Rose—an artist, photographer, and space-holder drawn to the quiet in between.
For over a decade, my work has been rooted in observing life as it unfolds naturally: the breath before laughter, the tenderness in stillness, the moments we don’t pose but feel. My photography is not about perfection—it is about presence. I create imagery that honors real emotion, real connection, and real stories, allowing people to be seen as they truly are.
My work spans emotional portraiture, intimate weddings, and documentary family storytelling, all approached with the same philosophy: slow down, soften the lens, and let the moment lead. Whether photographing a woman rediscovering herself, a couple choosing each other quietly, or a family held together by love and chaos, I work gently and intuitively—never forcing, always listening.
Beyond photography, my work extends into something deeper.
She Rose
She Rose is a personal and creative space rooted in softness, reflection, and becoming.
It exists as an extension of my inner work — a place where journaling, self-expression, and quiet inquiry live. Through She Rose, I explore themes of womanhood, identity, healing, and presence — not as instruction, but as lived experience.
She Rose is not about fixing or teaching.
It is about allowing space for what is already unfolding.
This space informs everything I create — the way I photograph, the way I listen, and the way I hold moments with care.
The Rose Sanctuary
The Rose Sanctuary is a living expression of everything I believe in.
It is a sacred outdoor space created to invite stillness, healing, creativity, and connection—a place where people can return to themselves. Rooted in nature and intention, The Rose Sanctuary holds space for movement, reflection, gathering, and growth. It is where photography meets ritual, where creativity meets grounding, and where stories are not only captured but lived.
My Philosophy
I believe that when we release control—both in front of the camera and behind it—something honest emerges.
I believe photography can be a form of witnessing.
I believe art can be medicine.
I believe women, families, and lovers deserve spaces where they are not rushed, fixed, or filtered.
Every offering I create — whether an image, a written reflection, a gathering, or a shared moment — is guided by softness, respect, and reverence for what is real.
Through photography, journaling, and intentional presence, I create space for truth to surface without force — allowing stories, emotions, and becoming to unfold naturally.
