These sessions are grounded in presence rather than performance. I approach families gently, allowing space for real interaction, movement, and emotion to unfold naturally. There is room here for laughter, stillness, softness, and everything in between.
Motherhood holds a sacred place within this work — not as an idealized version, but as something lived. Strong. Tender. Exhausting. Beautiful. The bond between parent and child is honoured exactly as it is, without expectation or correction.
